The important question is, do you get marked on whatever version of this you submit? If not then I think you're entitled to a little bit of a bashing, even if you have to tone it down a bit and make it more subtle :D

BTW, the 'what doesn't kill you...' phrase is one that I have some belief in. I know this year's sucked for you, but it's so nearly over now, and I think in a few years time, even if you still look back with resentment, you'll be able to draw strength from it.

Yeah, I really feel the same way. I just can't wait to get home man. Words really can't express my excitement to get the fuck up out of here.

And yes, he is truly the man.

Do you think a week-long vacation would be a problem to such a place? As long as you were with a posse of some sort and didn't stay an entire year, right?

If you come during June or July, it should be nice. Every other time of the year is rainy and shitty.

While I'd be afraid of using those exact words because they might miss the message that you're trying to convey (they'll just think 'he's some immature kid and we don't need to listen to him), I think you should definitely keep the overall gist of the message so they can perhaps improve their program in the future?

More or less, was it really the program's fault? Was it the people's faults? Was it your own expectations? Or was it even a mixture of some of the above plus or minus more elements?

You're handing in response telling them what you think of their program. Did the program promise everything as offered?

That's a really good thing to mention... because the program brochure didn't mention ANY details about life here or anything. The only thing the brochure said was what classes were offered here (which changed when we got here), and what kind of room we would live in. All of which were accurrate, but they did nothing to prepare us for real life in Okinawa, even after accepting the program ( ... )

Yeah, I did focus more about life than the program. :/ Blah. But it asked for that too...!

I think it was very objective. You have a right to say what you did and they should know about it.
