Umm... I'm getting weird. And I apologize if my weirdness makes the game weird - you can always stop me :)
A small yet significant change in power signatures broke Raditz from his distraction. They had stopped moving! What's more, they were not far away. This was his chance to act.
He had to move fast. Faster than he would have liked, considering the situation. It would all be worth it, however, if he could pull off the surprise.
Using one-hundred-percent of his power and speed, he raced toward the unsuspecting senshi. His movements would have been nothing but a blur to a human fighter, and completely invisible to the average person. He half noticed someone else passing, but his focus was on Kakarott and everything and anyone else was summarily ignored.

In the brief fraction of a second between the time that Gokuu realized what was happening and the time in which his lightening-speed reflexes kicked in, something stopped right next to him, leaned an elbow on his shoulder, and grinned wickedly.
"Didja miss me, little brother?"
Sorry, I know, I take too many liberties. My mind has this scene in it, though, and it's too adorable not to share. Be merciful! (To Val. Not to Raditz. You don't have to be merciful to him unless it's IC :)
