Hmmm... well, this is obvious, I guess, but let's go with One Piece. XD

And I need to finish Furuba, that I do...

Heh. I knew someone would pick One Piece, I was just wondering who'd be first to grab it. XD

Fanon: ZoLu is my OTP, of course. I'd be surprised if there are more than 2 people on my flist who don't know that by now. (And you just wanted me to say it again, that's why you picked OP, ne?) XD I also really like UsoSan, ZoUso, and... lots of others.

Canon: Um. This is hard... It's gonna have to be Usopp/Kaya, I think, since it's one of only two canon pairings I can think of that don't involve invisible women and scary couples who LOOK EXACTLY ALIKE (yes, I'm looking at YOU, Igaram and Terracotta)! And while I much prefer Usopp in other pairings, I do like UsoKa still, so... yeah.

Dislike: There are a lot - but the one I hate most is LuNa. I also won't touch ZoNa or ZoTash with a 10-foot pole, and I've developed a great dislike for SanLu, as well.

Oh my God, I HATE ZoNa and ZoTash. XD Just... argh, HATE!

And of course it'd be me who snagged it, mostly because I wanted to see the canon and dislikes. XD

You do? Interesting... cos I know you also hate ZoSan, and that you don't mind LuNa, so this is making me curious about something now. Are there any Zoro-pairings you like besides ZoLu? And are there many other Luffy pairings you like?

Because I know I find it a lot easier to pair Zoro with other guys people, than I do Luffy... for Luffy it's pretty much just Zoro or Usopp and that's it, but for Zoro there are lots of male characters I can comfortably pair him with (although the Zoro in my head would drop anyone else like a hot potato if Luffy showed interest, of course).

I was kinda wondering if you knew Furuba 23 was in, and I kinda know how it pisses you off on several levels (since I read the scanlations). I kinda agree with Tess that she could've left it finished at volume 22, but there were loose ends to tie up. I'm going into town to get my copy today.

I've heard a little bit of Ryuuichi in Japanese, and I was surprised by how much he sounded like Usopp as well, given that L doesn't sound like EITHER of them.

Make that 3 of us, then, cos I was just thinking last night that the real ending is in volume 22, and if she stopped there, even after abuse of the het-stick, it would at least have a bit of room open for my ships to happen post-series, unlike those horrible last few pages. *twitch*

And then I hate that Akito's suddenly dressing and acting like a girl now, it doesn't suit her as a character at all. And Shigure's other decision was a big WTFNO

Yeah, Tess said that when I was discussing Furuba with her one time. Although I kinda saw the Kyo/Tohru pairing at the very beginning when she said that she 'always liked the cat from the zodiac'. And the minimal changes made to Kyo's personality through the manga all came through from Tohru. I really prefer Akito when we thought she was a he and she was psychotic. It's just me, cause I love psychotic boys.

Considering I haven't really WATCHED that much Death Note, that's probably the reason (I've only seen the first three eps and heard L through a clip). That's gonna change now that the DVDs are out...

Heh. I agree with you there. Gyoukumen Koushou/anyone is creepy, especially if it's with Nii, cause that's double the creepiness. And I adore Hakkai/Kanan anyway, though my secret OTP is Yaone/Kanan XDXD

Meh. I never saw the pairing coming until Yuki pointed it out towards the end, and I've never been able to see it working - the stuff Yuki said about wanting a mother-figure from Tohru, not a lover, was exactly what I saw from Kyo. Kyo/Yuki, on the other hand, I've shipping since I first saw them fight.

And YES on Akito. Not that I actually liked "him" when "he" was psychotic, but s/he was a compelling character back then, and the more we learned about her, the less interesting an antagonist she was.

I don't know if that's the reason... as soon as L said "shinjirarenai" after Light killed Taylor, I could hear it... and weirdly enough, that's also the moment when I knew Yamaguchi was gonna be perfect. XD

Ha, Yaone/Kanan = Kuina/Nojiko. You have to go AU to set it up, but once you set it up right, it's so good...

Um, we named him the night we found him. Which Blah says was a mistake and he's probably right, but... we had to call him something... *sweatdrop*

Okay... um, lines between canon and fanon pairings in Doctor Who are kinda blurry, I find, so you may disagree with where I put some of these...

Fanon: Um... is Rose/Ten canon or fanon? I'm really not sure, so I'll mention it both places, I think. And... um. I don't actually have a lot of ships in this show. Um... maybe if I go old-school for a moment... Romana/Nyssa could be interesting? (The blonde Romana, not the dark-haired one.)
Canon: Rose/Ten, if it counts here. Possibly, Four/Romana, if you'd call that canon. I also found Ten/Renette really sweet (I think I might finally be on safe ground with this one?)
Dislike: Um... I'm really not fond of Rose/Mickey.

Ten/Renette is cute, too, yeah. The others...I'm not familiar with.

And I can understand why you wouldn't be fond of Rose/Mickey...it was kinda set up in a way so that you couldn't really HAVE a basis for supporting it. :/ Poor Mickey, he's so unloved.

You haven't seen the older Doctor Who, then? That's okay. The world they set up is interesting, but the show itself isn't nearly as good as the new one...

I'll explain a bit about the others - Nyssa and Romana were companions in some of the older stuff. Romana mostly hung out with the Fourth Doctor, I think, and Nyssa with the Fifth. Romana was a Timelady, and Nyssa was a really intelligent princess from one of the the worlds they went to, and both were really clever and quite bold.

And.. well, I don't HATE Mickey... I just don't like him paired with Rose.

So this is off topic, but it seems to be the easiest way to reach you.

Soooo Sorcina seems to want to set up a new OP RP... granted, her plot isn't looking that grand, but admittedly I wouldn't mind playing Luffy again. So if it happens, which it looks like it might, would you want to play Zoro again? Cause if you do you might wanna say something, because otherwise I think we have a new person who wants him and damnit I don't want another Zoro who will probably fail DX.

Even if that doesn't happen... I don't know, there's a possiblity we may start up Forgotten Angels again, or some other multifandom RP type thing... we'll see how things go. If I start anything of the sort, would you want to be informed to see if you'd want to be in it?

Yes! I'd LOVE to play Zoro in a multiplayer RP again! I've been doing nothing but one-on-one RPs for months, and while the people I'm playing with are cool, I miss the group thing, and I miss playing with you.

And even if her plot isn't fantastic, she usually comes up with stuff that's at least solid, and we can probably heat things up a bit ourselves.

And yes to the FA or other multifandom thing too. I've been really missing FA...

Yep, I went over and found it, and I've made my claim. XD I'm wandering around on the board now, since it's been so long...
