Well, you *do* have a Master Ball, unless you used it already.

You can run from it, btw, and find it again later where it was in DP. And that gives a certain someone some time with some very unnerving company (that is, Giratina is stuck with the unnerving company).

True, although I figure I should save the Master Ball for later or something if I can.

I actually have it Paralyzed on like, 1 HP right now, AND IT WON'T STAY CAUGHT. 8|

Keep resetting and catch it with a Quick Ball. It worked on Palkia in Pearl for me and I only had to reset once.
