I think it's safe to say that Atlanta is one of the foremost hip-hop cities in the country. The powers that be actually brought this to a vote on the city council. To make it illegal to wear droopy, baggy pants that show your underwear, including thongs that show above the pants waist. You would get 6 months jail time and/or a $1000 fine ( Read more... )

hehe, yeah. You were too quick. I just deleted it and tried again. I couldn't remember my password so I had to reset it.
