Annoying TV noise, I thwart you!

With a great webpage, a screwdriver, and a whittled-down matchstick (minus the sulfur head, of course) I have fixed the horrible whining noise our TV started making. Maybe I'll use some hot glue or duct tape to seal the deal. Boo-yah.

Dunno about why it's doing it while off; ours was doing it while on. It was a part that was vibrating at high frequency due to the high voltage running though it while on--btw, I'm now terrified of my TV's innards and wonder why they don't give more people cancer--it was a copper coil thing on the motherboard. It was moving and shouldn't, so I made it not move.
