I'm going with higher percentages:
Q1 - 85%
Q2 - 90%
The question now is not that he wasn't born in the US, unless he is using a fake Social Security number, but if he is a citizen. His father was Kenyan so by Kenyan (and UK law) he should be a dual citizen therefore not eligible. I have no idea if any of that is true but that is what some of the birthers are going on about. I heard it on NPR/BBC
