Awww, I just watched Penelope. It's a very very cute movie starring Christina Ricci and James McCutie-PieAvoy. It's one of those supercute fairytaley movies. This made me like Christina for (I think) the first time since Casper. Oh, and James' cuteness is off the flipping charts, I tell you. Here, have a vid. And it doesn't even make any sense forcing him to do an American accent! I mean, that blond snob Penelope's supposed to marry? He speaks with a British accent even though he's from a blue-blooded American family! Yet McAvoy's lonely gambler can't speak British? What's up with that? >:|

Oh, I didn't watch any interviews. I'm weird about watching interviews -- I don't, most of the time. ...Maybe Gale has ruined me for interview watching? Then again, nah. I think the interview/actor paranoia was fully intact pre-QaF. Sigh. Not easy being me. :D

So glad to hear it, Suz! *shares the love* I must admit, this one completely passed my radar. A friend bought it on impulse a couple months back and since I've seen it on her shelf, I've been wanting to see it.
