here i am.. when i supposed to edit my thesis, i make a post here =w= somehow i'm in the mood to write something on this journal.. as usual, nothing's special but my rambling..
today's topic is about Idols..
yesterday i answered some questions about idol-ism, especially Japanese Idols from Johnny's Entertainment.. what makes Japanese Idols look special? my answer is.. it depends on our taste..
Japanese Idols look special on the eyes of their fans, and some of J-Pop Idols' fans can't see what a special from K-Pop Idols, tho some of fans able to do that.. vice versa...
for me.. my teenage life colored by Japanese Culture, include their music and idols.. i able to listen and see British, American, or Hindustan music.. tho somehow, it kinda hard when i listen to Korean music.. i just like one or two pieces, and bam! i can't remember it again.. well.. it's about personal taste buds... haters gonna hate and eighters gonna eight 8D
theeeeeeen... what's the problem of JE Idols? the problem is fandumb... like someone said on tumblr before.. "don't hate idols because of their fandom.. hate their fandumb"
it's a silly thing which i gonna blow up once again.. this is one of a bunch of reasons why i prefer V6's fandom to Arashi's.. i tired of little-but-there-are-a-lot-of-fanwar-inside-the-fandom..
like.. "I hate when X and Y together.. why X kissed Y and giggling like teenage girl!? X supposed to be with O, not Y!! Johnny-san please seperate X and Y, so X and O can be together again.."
or.. "How can the one who called herself, fans of ***** but she only love Z! It's better if she called herself Z's fans, not *****'s!!"
or.. "You're not a fan.. you're a thief.. since you were not buying their CD's or original goods.. what you did only download them or make a replica.. you are a criminal who stole their works"
or.. "Oh no! they didn't appear on TV @... It's a conspiracy.. I bet it's Julie/Michi 's tactics for kicking out Michi/Julie.."
or another rambling about little things that became big because of the fandom.. oops, i mean fandumb..
okay.. enough about fandumb's rambling.. next, i want to write about the power of idols..
how can we choose particular group to be our favorite?
it looks like how can we choose our peer group.. when you committed to be some group's fans it means you will follow their development on entertainment world or gennoukai.. so you'll see the way they grow on gennoukai, then you also "grow" with them.. just like the function of peer group.. if you feel comfort with them, you will stay by their side.. but if you get annoyed because of them or one of them, you also will try to get out of the "peer group"s box.. and you will find another group that make you feel comfort...
how can we choose our favorite member?
it also look like the way we choose our bestfriend.. our favorite member is the one who have a same trait like ourselves, or the one who have a trait that will completed us.. the one whom you wish to be your side when you extremely happy or sad.. the one who unconsciously push "click" point on our heart...
why i can't/difficult to flail on another group?
blame your recent taste buds.. or the background of your recent taste buds.. like age, education, hormonal, life style, social life, or traumatize event..
