Any idea where I can get sure tickets (Tokyo Dome), and an affordable place to stay?
It's my first time going to Japan

hi dear! I think I'll be going to watch NEWS concert at tokyo dome too^^ (if I can get the tickets :D) I dont know how to get sure tickets because my friend's sister lives there and she's the member of You & J so she've reserved the tickets for us but it's still not sure we can get or not. I used to go to pi's SBS con. That time I got tickets by auction from internet and bought at the con before it start^^ There're some members who got them but do not want for all (one member can get 4 tickets) and the price quite cheaper than auction. Anyways, hope to meet & see you there too! XD

Good Luck! But there are no "sure" tickets, even if you're a member of the fan club.

I don't think anyone knows what the demand will be like for these NEWS concerts. Will all the Japanese fans who wandered off to other fandoms and groups decide they really want to see NEWS again.

Or will people be concerned about when there might be future concerts and make a rush for tickets.

Still you never know till you try!

I hope I could go see their concerts in Tokyo, at least one show but more would be better. XD

I guess there will be high demand on the tickets. Do you have any friends who are Johnny's members? If so, let them do the ticket reservation for you. As far as I know, the reservation will be close on Aug 6. Or you have to buy the tickets from the website, my friend once bought them for me at www.ticket.co.jp. I think the buyers should have an account in that website. You also can find the tickets selling in front of the venues but who knows what it will be this time around because of the limited shows.

For the accommodation, my last visit to Tokyo, I stayed at this hotel, www.sakura-hotel-ikebukuro.com. It was great and the room rate is reasonable.
