i still think you are pushing yourself too hard..... 30 mins a day is already more than enough... why do you need to "reward yourself" :( that means you were doing things you didn't want to do... why would relaxing and doing things you like be a reward?
If I see it as a reward after doing my excercise, I feel more motivated about doing it. If I start by relaxing first, I'm more likely to not do my exercise and feel bad after.
Also, it's really hard for me to lose weight if I only do 30 minutes a day. With doing 1 hour a day, I've been able to lose 7 pounds in 2 months and I was obese. A friend of mine lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks and did no exercise, she just ate right and that's it.
