In terms of money so far the month has cost $3000...
Cat = $813
Jeep=$413
Plumbing=$2000
And, still have to call the heating and cooling peeps since the ductwork leading to the bathroom has disintegrated thanks in part to the leak the plumbers fixed today.
Mom is still not home. They moved her from the hospital to the assisted living facility. They haven't assessed her yet, so they don't know when she'll be able to come back home -_-
Hopefully it'll be better than the hospital. If you live in Michigan and get sick, make sure you avoid Oakwood Southshore. Maybe its because they just switched over to a 24/7 trauma center. But seriously, service was lacking. They dropped Mom, left her on a bedpan, left her in bloody sheets for hours, didn't get her, her pain meds for 2 hours until after she buzzed for them, then proceeded to lecture her on how she needs to keep on top of that...
Didn't get her food to her for 2 hours until after she asked for it...
Left her so long waiting for them to help her out of bed so she could go to the bathroom, she ended up needing a bed pan...
On a happier note, after paying $800 to have some of his teeth pulled, my beloved Chairman Fluff (Kyo) is much improved. He's no longer a saber tooth kitty, since they removed the two top fangs that used to hang out of his mouth. He is now a doubly pampered spoiled brat, who is constantly on my lap.
On the baby front. I'm on the last round of the study and still not preggo. I don't think the last round is going to work either. Lining depth is decreasing and at last u/s I had a cyst. So I figure once this last round is done. Time for a break. No more poking, no more pills or injections.
I'm throwing the thermometer out, getting back on that P90X wagon. Might even say eff it for a day and eat something with gluten in it. P90x is 3 months anyway, so then we'll reassess after that.
Probably not going to be able to do an IUI anyway this year after paying for all of the above. So probably taking the rest of the year off baby making anyway.
But mentioned to hubby we should probably start looking into adoption.
Seriously, I hope all the bad joojoo this month, means something really good is coming our way here soon!
