Much like Ukitake-soutaichou and other captains have stated, I must also thank all the participants in the taishu these past few days. All of you did a magnificent job with many surprises and many hours of consideration will go into this before the results are posted on Monday. Thank you for not making it easy on us~

Sir, while the sentiment behind the note you have left is entirely laudable, I feel it will incite rather than impel them. Perhaps you might consider simply taking it down?

Work morale might have sagged slightly after the New Year's, but putting out a few more far Rukongai patrols and tightening the drills might be a better way to keep them occupied.

Hmm~ That does seem like a better way to occupy their time than gossiping amongst each other like school girls. I did proceed to give our 3rd, 4th, and 5th seats extra work already since I did hear them discussing the bet even after I put up the note.

I did inform them that they have never seen me angry and they should never try to toe that line.
