History: Her father was Egypt's version of the king of thieves. He was a great robber, calculating, smart, anticipated what people might think. He had 2 children a boy and years later a girl. Fen was his daughter. Although her father loved her, even from birth he'd had no expectations for the girl naming her Fen, which means weak, she was always considered inferior to her brother even though her skill rivaled his own. And she was able to get places he couldn't due to both his size and intellect. Her father saw this and used her as a tool to help him. When she was 11 her father had taken her with her and a few of their men to collect some treasure from the pharaoh's tomb (Atem's grand father). They made it outside and had the treasure. But none of them were expecting the group that met them upon the exit. A group of thieves outnumbered them and killed them for their treasure. But Fen and her father managed to hide behind the tomb. He'd showed her something he'd taken. It looked like a golden shackle with a symbol like the one adorning her forehead, and a few other solid gold trinkets. He told her to take it and pushed her away as one of the bandits attacked him. He'd fought but ultimately died a bloody death. She tried to save him but got hit with a sword down her back, and left for dead, but she was very much a live. The bandits had left and she sought refuge in the tomb for the night. The next morning she began burying her father and her family. The next day making the trip across the sands to her home, and her brother.Upon her arrival she wasn't warmly received, brought to see her older brother an 18-year-old Bakura who was in his fathers chair. When regaled of the story he had a bemused look on his face seeing her weak and frail form. Someone pointing attention to her back which was severely sliced open. With a laugh, she was told the truth. Bakura had sent those men to kill them and she was supposed to be dead as well. Since she was about to be delivered to the underworld he'd spared her throwing her out to face the desert alone. That first frozen night should have been her last. But as the darkness ascended a voice was speaking to her. She felt she was going insane but it was coming from her pocket. Fiddling through she found the shackle that her father had given her. The voice got louder telling her if she wanted to live she had to put it on. She feared the object and tossed it aside but as she came closer to death from both cold and injury it called louder till she couldn't ignore its plea. Picking the object up she'd snapped it on her ankle crying out loudly in pain. She passed out. Awaking in the entrance of the tomb once more pain no longer in her back. She was too confused to try to figure it out. She traveled the day till she came to a small village. They weren't very nice to her when she arrived. But an old man fed her and offered her shelter for a bit. And she ended up staying with him, a mystery to him, she's never spoke of her past. But her 16th birthday she said goodbye to the man and with that she was gone. She traveled into the darkness, arriving at the city where the Pharaoh was said to live...
