Life in Japan Part 2: Shopping, some other stuff, and SUMMARY!!
Okay, so I've failed quite a bit at keeping my journal updated.... ^^; I've been busy, but at the same time just lazy. I'm finding it hard to sleep lately, so that makes me tired and lazy :/
All is well in the Gaijin House. We stay up all night and live off vitamin drinks, curry rice, ice-cream, fried chicken from the conbini, and peace juice. Then we wander off around Shibuya and spend far too much on clothes and karaoke. Now we are all poorer, thinner and very tired. But still very happy~ Japan has that weird effect.. life here is so extreme. Everything's fast and exciting but tiring and frustrating at the same time. I've gotten pretty used to it all now, and I'm really enjoying living here <3 ^^

But the best thing that's happened recently... I was able to go to Summary last Sunday!!! lady__ishtar, fubukikun and I bought tickets before we came in the summer, so we had been looking forward to it all along. We went on Saturday to queue for goods (which we were able to get quite quickly) and then came back on Sunday for the concert.

Goods~~~ The one in the middle is the changing uchiwa. It's holographic and changes between each member's face as you turn it.
The three of us all dressed and ready to go! We were all co-ordinated with our favourite member's colours as well ^^

Afterwards we went to this izakaya that was playing HSJ songs and had special menus. In the end the drinks were gross though... and it was expensive. Lol ^^; Then we went for Summary purikura~~~ fun :)
Ok! Summary.... was amazing *o* We had really good seats, like 25 rows from the front, so we could see everything really well, especially when they came around on the carts just in front of us! Summary has totally changed over the years~ I have Summary 2004 on DVD so it was interesting to compare how it's changed. It's so much more like a concert now than a mix of things like 2004 was. There were more storylines and extra random things in 2004. But I was more than happy with Summary 2011 <3 HSJ were amazing~ their performances were so good, and all the MCs and special corners were really fun. It was nice to see all the Jr.s too~ Nakayama Yuma, NakaKen and all the rest~ It was so weird to see them all in real life >.< There was a surprise during the MC when HSJ announced that there was a special guest watching tonight. It turned out to be... Nakai! He came on stage and joked around with HSJ for a while. He handed them all out uchiwas with their faces on them, but they were all scribbled over with moustaches and stuff like that XD Then there was the corner with all the dogs doing tricks, which was super cute x3 And the bit where Yamada and Daiki battle it out on a tightrope, which was totally epic! You could see that Yamada was super nervous when he had to do this crazy jump over Daiki (while they're still on the tightrope!) >.< It was seriously cool~
And then the craziest fangirly moment of my life.... I already knew that Kisumai would be appearing in the show, so I brought along my Senga uchiwa for when they came on. I was sooo excited when they did!! They did FIRE BEAT >___< And Tension <3 There was a bit where they were on the carts and passing right in front of us, and Senga was on that one, so I was jumping and flailing and waving my uchiwa at him. He was waving in our general direction and then, he seriously stopped and blew a kiss right towards me with both hands, like really adorable!!! X3 I don't really believe it happened, and I would have already convinced myself that it probably wasn't me, but... well, I stand out wherever I go here because I'm taller and very blonde anyway, and I was wearing tall shoes for the concert, and jumping up and down like crazy. So... I do actually kind of think he saw me... Wahhh I was totally shaking for about 10 minutes after! Haha ^^;; But it made me realise and decide that I needed to seriously save money and go to as many of the dates for next year as possible!! >.<
Yeahhhh.... it took me a long time to calm down after all of that! :'D We went for drinks and purikura and curry afterwards which was all very nice though ^^
Speaking of saving money, I need to get a job!! Like, now T-T I'm going to try and find some good English conversational lessons :) Should be fun~
Wellll it's 5am and I'm awake again, surprise surprise. At least I don't have classes tomorrow~ yay ^^ I'm going to try and sleep now, even though I've just gotten myself all excited now again, haha ^-^;
