Oh kudos! This sounds like a weird compliment, but hear me out.

I've not seen tonnes of Bleach, but what I have, my initial response has always been, "God I hate that Byakuya, he's such a smarmy dick."

First of all, I want to say that your characterization for Byakuya is absolutely spot on. I am really impressed and excited, especially because Byakuya is one of my favorite characters ever. Basically I agree with Jesse - Byakuya is an arrogant jerk and you have him down perfectly. <3

Now for the crit part: The only thing I would say is that you should elaborate a bit more on posts, especially those with a lot of emotional relevance. Don't forget - we encourage TL;DR here. You don't have to do it for every post, but if something important is going on, we generally prefer that you give us a deeper look into what's going on in your character's head.

But overall, your Byakuya is lovely, and I love having him in the game! And I am glad we managed to hijack you >3 nyohohohohohohoho~
