 Jon and I have decided we desperately want to replicate this study.  All we have to do is get it through HRC.  In fact, that will actually be the most awesome part of this. We like to suggest phrases in our HRC proposal to each other.

Totally true. The best phrases to use on my 'behavioral health' patients (and the one's that are just entitled, but whose behavior is otherwise indistinguishable from the schizophrenics) are:

"I'm listening"

"I'm here."

This is usually after I've put them on hold for a moment to collect myself or to deal with someone on another line.
