It's a good thing you checked re penguins before mis-informing all those innocent little Brownies. You would have to do auks instead.

And the fun thing about Canada is how huge it is. You could do cut-outs of Canada and the UK and see how many times you could fit the UK into Canada. Lots, is the answer.

Yes, I've found a nice Canadian wildlife page but what I love about Canada is its hooooogeness - like you say - and the big white frozen bit at the top. I'm thinking something on the Aurora Borealis at the moment. I've got till the end of February anyway.

I bet Canadia has more water than Britain has land. How old are the kids? You want your focus to be nature?

I have no idea what to do it on yet, hence asking your advice. I know very little about Canada, 'cept big, cold at the top, bi-lingual. Water could be interesting....

The girls are 7-10 years old.
