Hi, my name is Sally. And I'm the child of an alcoholic.

I'm supposed to say that I can't control other people's addictions. And, I know this. If my mom starts rinking again, it won't be my fault.

But if she did, I would still try to fix it. I know I would. I would try to figure out what had happened to make her drink. I know it's her

Its like really hard not to try and help people but sometimes its totally impossible.

Yeah, I know. People have to want to live right, for their own reasons. And sometimes I wish that I was a good enough reason, but I have to remember that if my mom slips, it's not because I wasn't enough.
