Sally nodded, pushing her sunglasses down into place. She'd tried hard to forget about all the crap just like Jean-Paul had suggested. There was no point in thinking about it, not now. Now, she needed to have fun. To be a kid.

"Yes, ice cream first. Oh I want one of those dipped cones. You know, the ones that like are vanilla and they dip them in chocolate and it hardens. I HEART those!"

Sally grabbed her friend's hand and the two ran over, taking their place at the end of the long line. "Best idea, Stetins. Seriously."

They stood in line. Sally pushed her sunglasses back up onto the top of her head and looked around. Everywhere she turned she could see headlines and comments about Captain America's return. She tried to not read them and sighed. "I wish people would leave them all alone," she said. "The tabloids were more fun before I'd met all these famous people." Sally winced. "Oops. No talking about adult stuff," she said, raising her hand in a vow. "Ice cream. I plan to get a chocolate-vanilla twist."

"Chocolate-vanilla twist sounds pretty good." Sally saw the headlines too and they kept bringing her back to the awful secret she was keeping from her friend. Not that it was an AWFUL secret but it was making her feel awful.

"You shouldn't read the tabloids anyway. They're all lies."

"Not all lies," Sally replied. "There was, in fact, a boat. That part was true." She couldn't keep a straight face anymore and started giggling. "And, I mean, come on! The two, what were their names? Isa and who? They really did make out over dinner!" She was laughing now. "Though I missed the part where we all joined a harem. Were there silk pants? I would have liked silk pants. Did you get silk pants?"
