it's a chemical thing done in the salon. kind of like a not so harsh perm. less chemicals, smaller curls.

it's called the european school of esthetics, but i can't seem to find any further information online.. seriously though, if it were ever a consideration, i could definitely find out more. i need a roommate terribly september 2006 to april 2007!

mmmm, no idea what you've even talking about so i guess no. haha. are you talking about color or chemicals to make the hair wavy?
