I'm glad you had a good trip. BC calls to me every once in a while too. Vancouver is too big for me, but the island is fantastic. If only it wasn't at sea level. lol All I want to do is sleep.

I don't think Calgary will ever have that kind of vibe, it is just too redneck/western and I doubt it will ever change. Edmonton has that vibe a little bit more, but either way, I only go to shop. lol I escape as soon as I can back to my little community.

If you ever get the chance to go out to Tofino/Pacific Rim National Park. Go for it.
