Omme nomme nomme! I got to try this. Although I think I'll go with regular cornmeal 'stead of blue. Any difference other than color?

I really liked the effect, though. The blue doesn't mix with the rest of the batter to make it green or anything bad. You just get sprinkled dots of blue mixed in.
It would probably be mor striking if you used 1/2 yellow and 1/2 blue. I may try that next time...
