Hooo, I have an animation internship interview innnn 1.5 hours. I hope I don't get lost driving there, because it's out in a weird area I've never been to. Deep breaths. 8I My stomach's getting all gurgly.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. :D

ETA: I have just been informed there will be victory cake. I am serious.

1) Google Maps
2) Nothing wrong with getting there early, even if it means sitting at a fast food place for a half hour so it does not appear you are as eager as you are.

http://www.benvu.com/ <--- He showed me around the studio/basement (it's way cooler than it sounds ;_;) and had me show him my website. Then I started designing characters for his "Battle 3000" movie (which I can't talk about :x) and did that allll evening.

There really wasn't an actual interview, just him looking at my art, seeing what I could do in a certain amount of time, and him going "ok, do you want to come back on Wednesdays from now on?" And now I work here (http://www.skyvu.net/entertainment/index.html. :D It's unpaid, though, that's the only bad thing about it.

I am so jealous! I was just talking to Mike about it. Congratulations, both of you.

And I think it's hilarious you had to drive to Bellevue. Lol. it always cracks me up with Omaha people drive to Bellevue. They always are worried about getting lost.

That wasn't stereotypical, I swear.

Ps. I might be applying at Skyvu as well, not sure yet. It depends on how well my Bluesky application goes. I am.....terrified.

BLUESKY. :000 AHH You'll totally get it. You'd better let me know how that goes. I was told they were closing all intern applications at SkyVu in the next week or so, so hopefully you find out soon.

And I DID get lost a little. xD During my break I tried to find a place to eat and got turned around.

I hope so. I wont know if I'm accepted or not until four weeks after april 17th. So I don't know if I can work at Skyvu. ugh. I thought maybe I could work at Petland in Omaha this summer and work at Skyvu as well. It all depends on how the pixar and bluesky stuff works out. I'm not quite sure if I'm even qualified for Pixar yet.

I'M STRESSING OUT MAN! ughgughghghghghgh. Mike is suppose to tell me how things are going over there. I'm so jealous....

do you get an art desk and stuff?!?
