Birthday ponderings

If one's birthday is supposed to be a time of celebration and joy, then why do I feel so OLD now? I mean now that I can legally drink (in the USA) there seems to be less and less milestones in between now and death. I don't mean to make those friends of mine who are older than me feel "ancient" because I know they aren't. However ones mortality ( Read more... )

Don't feel too bad, my mother often told me that they (my parents) were old enough to be my grandparents. It's why Ladywhitehart and I call each other "bro" and "sis" because my parents are old enough to be her parents.
