Projecting 10 years into the future

I don't have any solid ideas that come to mind when I try to think about what future media will look like.

Will there be a divided web? The Wikileaks thing is still developing, with condemnation by the government, of course. One interpretation is that it is more gossip than whistleblowing, with tidbits such as Gaddafi travelling everywhere with

the media will make money the same way it always has: advertising and sales.

Obviously, but I'm trying to think more in terms of what form the advertising will take. (It's a school project.)
