Scotland!

We booked our trip to Scotland! I'm so excited! We'll be backpacking from Oct 18-31st.We welcome any tips and advice. I need to get some good hiking shoes and a pack. I love Scottish accents so I may not want to come back! I will try my first whiskey! Bagpipes! Kilts! Woohoo!

My late cousin (my mom's first cousin) had a daughter who moved to Scotland when she was in college and never came back (over 35 years later). He often went to visit her, and motored around the country going to every distillery in sight. He brought back some of the finest whiskey I've ever had - and I've had quite a few ;-) Have fun!
