Get well soon. No fever?

The ibuprofen is keeping the fever reasonable. It hovers around 37.5. That's on 600 mg ibuprofen 3 times a day.

If that's 37.5 after ibuprofen, aren't you worried about swine flu? The combination of coughing and high fever is certainly suspicious.

[ladles some hot chicken soup] There you go, all better now. :)

You see, Monday last week we had a really big snow fall that came on top of icy roads. So when I got to Geneva, the buses weren't running except in he very middle of town where it's flat.

Silly person that I am, instead of turning round and working from home, I got a tram and expected things to be running once I got a bit nearer to work. Unfortunately my work place is on top of a hill... I ended up trudging through the snow, carrying the laptop, the tardis (AKA my handbag) and my lunch pack for about an hour. I got to work wet, sweaty and frozen.
:)

So I got really chilled, and of course no way to change into something warm and dry.

This is mainly how it started.

as real_steptic said, it could be swine flu.

Never mind that the doctor thinks - has he got you tested?

Anyway: My heartfelt commiseration...
It is BAD out there. Next time, take a bloody taxi ;-)!

And get well soon!
