Anxeity and Panic attacks

does anyone else here suffer from those? i know im not alone with this. How bad are yours? I had one today at work. I was hyper vintaliating so bad that my vision started to tunnel and i got so dizzy i felt like i was going to pass out

i'm not too sure you might have to go see a doctor about that maybe they can give you something for it.
I dong have paic attacks but i do have black outs but i have yet to do anything about them eh.

ive been to the doctors before. they gave me some meds before and i hated it. It made me feel like something was crawling under my skin and i felt like i was crack or something and i couldnt sit still.
