I second steak, but instead recommend Bison Top Sirloin for a cut. I've been eating a lot of it lately, and it is several kinds of delicious.

(the reason I said US bone-in beef is that it is still generally banned for import into most countries due to mad cow; e.g. Mortons in Singapore has American beef for boneless cuts, but t-bone or porterhouse or bone-in strip is always AU/NZ, usually Wagyu.)
