So I am studying like crazy for final exams and today I thought I would try to use my powers in ordinary situations. So people always say law school is supposed to make you think like a lawyer and I was worried/elated that this wasn't happening to me. Maybe they meant "Don't play your music so other people have to listen to it" with the "use headphones" thing, though - I've definitely been in a situation where someone was playing music for which I didn't particularly care rather loudly in a public place, and I certainly wanted to scream at them about being considerate and using headphones.

Yes, I thought about that... and decided that's what they meant and didn't get it across very well... Also, when I was on the bus no one had headphones on, so I thought it was a new rule that everyone was going to ignore.

I'm stupid with fatigue.
