I love this, you know I do, and seeing all these snapshots of different moments in their lives, seeing how intertwined they are - well, it's nothing less than fantastic. And your prose is really beautiful. There're so many lines I love.

To name a few:

Very likely, even though England may genuinely be in love with him, he will not say so in the normal fashion for decades, if ever. because this is true, isn't it, it's so true!

And so France cranes his neck, stretches up and grabs a kiss directly from between the lips of that smirk. and this, thiiis, that honestly made me smile as i was reading.

And the mental image of the two of them wrestling around in the grass. Oh, these two. I love them more than I should.

Thank you so much. For me, these two are all about a lasting connection across the ages - like you say, they're completely intertwined, and that sense of all the time gone by and all the time still left to them is really a defining part of FrUK to me. I hoped to capture some small sense of that with this fic. Thank you for the comments on the prose style too! ^^

The wrestling was a bit of fun for me, haha. These boys never grow up. ♥
