Such a boring combination of adjectives. Appropriate though. Simple, orderly, plain.... I can see how that would suit me.
I am officially the worlds worst bowler. Mmmm. There should be a trophy for that.
There is a FUCKING CRICKET DRIVING ME MAD in the house. For the last three hours its been singing its heart out while I've been trying to watch Stargate, and whenever I get close to catching it it shuts up for a couple of minutes, then finds a new, more echoey hiding place for it to drive me mad..
I can imagine it sitting there... Yes... the louder I chirp the more likely I can get a mate... come my pretties, come join me, just another five minutes and we'll have this girls house and her sanity all to ourselves... come... join... me...
ARRRRRRGH.
I remember watching a documentary on a scientist who spent years recording dolphins and deciphering their speech - I bet no one ever bothered with the crickets. Who likes crickets anyway?
On another note Stargate was awesome, the last few episodes have been very cool. Very. Mmmm. Alternate versions of the present created through mishaps in time travel controlled by ones mind. Rather interesting. If only I could kill that damn cricket with my mind, I would be momentarily a very happy Sophia.
Like when the power goes out at work. Yes. Momentarily-happy-Sophia occurs then too. The combined 'oh!' and 'ah!' cries of all the customers is always an amusing sound. They do it every time, even though only a few of the lights go out. It's that idiotic crowd mentality our highschool literature teacher was telling us about.
At least if it got a mate with all that damn racket it's making, it might shut up for a while.
