Reading: Stanza, I hate your face!
(The kind of deep, burning hate that can only come from love! Ya know?) I read in bed, with my iPod, and it's awesome. I can turn the backlight down as much as I need to, but still squish close to my face so I don't need to wear my glasses. But now... not pleased. iPod's OS update broke old Stanza, and new Stanza broke itself (bad importing, and the page turn glitches, which drives me crazy.) iBooks isn't going to ever be released for my iPod. Update: Got it working... I had to give up my 'curl' animation for the 'turn' animation introduced in 1.9, but everything is readable, and so I start the transferring process all over again.
Fandom: The guy and I spent most of the weekend rewatching Studio 60. Episodes I had forgotten about I ended up loving, while the ones I remembered as being my favorites seem to drag. All the Matt/Harriet stuff got old real quick, and the show likes to obsess over them. I also had completely forgotten about Simon Helberg being in it, so I enjoyed the scenes where he gets actual lines even more. (Where as Merrit Wever is pretty much the reason I watch Nurse Jacke. Suzanne! Love her!) I only have four episodes left before I switch back to my Burn Notice/Criminal Minds marathons.
Sims: Actual downloads are available at
my TRS page. More are coming every day for at least the next three days. I also added some new screencaps,
this one I particularly love.
