Who: Kaiba Seto, Open
What: He just turned twenty, man. He's supposed to be in court today, laughing in the faces of all of those people who tried to take his company or his brother away from him because he was a minor. Instead he was traipsing across town, getting caught up in random visions and trying to fish out his Not!Boyfriend lover rival

Somehow he had to still himself and whatever nightmares he was bound to pass on. But he wasn't sure how. And the more he dwelt on exactly what that nightmare was, the more he panicked. He wasn't sure why Kia was torturing him, and he didn't care right now.
Outside the house must have been a good alternative right? The people were inside, so they must have been safe from him. He just needed to breathe, although that wasn't really working either. He was almost too sure he couldn't do this, faced with that eternity of entrapment again. It had felt too real, and while in it he'd lost everything again.
Thinking like that he was prompting his own attacks at this point, clutching back against the building, hyperventilating.

However, there was a far more pressing matter in front of him. The soft, too quick noise of breath was what caught his attention first, and his gaze drifted until he found the source. He scowled. Of course.
"Atem," he said, more of a bark than a greeting. The point of this was more to distract, to see if his rival could pull himself out of this himself. "The girl you've picked up seems to be determined to give me some picture she drew. What the hell have you been encouraging her to do?"

He looked up, spotting Kaiba; an automatic shake of his head. He'd told Kaiba to stay away. Maybe he should have told Kaiba he'd loved to see him and that he should come over quickly. It always seemed the CEO did the opposite of whatever he was told.
His eyes moved around the scenery, however. There was no saying they were all assigned one nightmare, or whatever the hell was going on. Everything seemed normal. Still, his breathing was a little harsh, but he managed to straighten himself up.
"Another picture?" Yuuki's own innocence was cute at times, but he doubted that's really why Kaiba was here. Why even bring it up? "She's in the house if you want to talk to her. Go ahead."

His eyes traveled up and down the shorter duelist, taking in his condition. It had been a while since he had seen Atem face to face, after all. He wasn't exactly perfectly happy with what he saw.

As she wandered in town, she came across Kaiba. Standing off to the side, she stared at the giant beast. Use to killing monsters, she quickly drew her bow. She was very rarely without it now a days thanks to Kia.
She breathed in, took aim and let it go.

...Or not. Kaiba's head snapped around as soon as he felt the arrow whiz by his ear. It hit the monster dead on, causing it to roll back with a scream. The scene seemed to fade around them, the bed disappearing to become the path around the apartment building.
Kaiba clucked in irritation, before re-holstering his gun and turning away. "You have three seconds to whine at me, or whatever it is you wanted to do," he muttered.

"What is going on here!" She speaks quietly to herself, her body tense with irritation. This isn't kind Kia! What exactly is she trying to pull!
She was deep in her own thoughts that when Kaiba spoke, she jumped slightly. "Who said I came here for you. I walked in and saw a monster so get over yourself and stop thinking that everything I do revolves around you." She spoke without rancor since she was thinking where she should go now. She wanted to check on Atem and make sure he was okay as well as everyone else. She had a feeling that Atem would be out and about trying to fight monsters as well.

He glanced around again. There was no indication of why he had seen what he did, or why the shrieking girl should have been able to walk right into it with him. None of this was making any sense.

Later on she'd try to destroy it again. She wanted no part of it, this place, or the girl that was keeping her there.
The monster caught her attention, lingering close to the weird looking buildings that people had lived in. She approached slowly, treading quietly, watching with almost a faint scowl on her features. Another nightmare?
Some idiot was also trying to fight it, it seemed.
She did nothing initially, though her fingers curled around her bow. Watching. She'd watch, for now, though she was in clear view of it if she had to shoot an arrow off at it.

"Tch," he clucked dismissively. "A waste of time." He had better things to do, like digging out the other person on this Island who he had any interest in at all. It was odd how much saving he was doing today. Maybe it was just something about birthdays.
One of the thing's tentacles went around his ankle, and the gun came out without another word. Kaiba fired, and the monster screamed, drawing back and dissipating away from the injury to its face. Kaiba just looked bored.

He did that? Odd magic for the strangely dressed boy to have. The corner of her mouth twitched downward slightly before she released her bow. Whatever kind of magic it was, it apparently worked.. since the monster had vanished.
...Vanished. That's right. Her eyes shifted back toward where it was, eyes narrowing faintly. It held no aura to it. No presence lingered behind. Unlike the ones in the forest. 'Naraku' had been a lie as well.. none of this was real.
It was an annoyance, really.
She continued onward, walking along quietly, keeping her senses up, just in case.

Suddenly, movement a few feet away caught his eye. He lifted his head, only to see a dark haired woman in a priestess' getup walking away. It almost looked like the shrieking girl from the back, though he had never known her to be so...quiet. Still, having a person nearby might be useful information.
"Woman," he barked, too used to giving orders to temper his voice at all, "that thing wasn't yours, was it?"
