Umm, this may sound odd, but for me there are two moments, and both involving... walking up stairs.

And yes, THE MUSIC! So perfect in very scene and so stirring.
There is a moment in the opening credits which gets me every time. It's the break point between the opening strings and the scenes of conflict - there is the shot of the windy street and then LWJ and this big discordant chord clash. Always makes me shiver.

Yes, I know the one you mean :)

I'm not as keen on all of the songs as I am of the instrumental OST, but the them song is lovely (and so romantic) and the Nie brothers' song is fabulous.
