I'm hard at work on some deadlined stories I should have had done a week ago. Alas, a torn finger slowed me RIGHT down. It doesn't sound much, but it was a jagged cut right where my finger hits the keys

Hey, Sally, I just found you and will friend you. I've enjoyed the Shakespeare stories too - clever adaptations. I especially liked the way they dropped into the original dialogue now and then. The Shrew was the best, I thought - couldn't quite follow their version of the Scottish Play but I'm glad I persevered as I found the others very enjoyable.
You'll be glad to know I'm about seven chapters into the new first book of the trilogy you critted for me over a year ago. I've had poor health and three changes of residence in the interim so I've got an excuse;-)
I hope that durned finger heals soon. I can't think of a worse thing to happen (short of major surgery) when you've got deadlines looming.
We didn't get The Scottish Play down here... ABC showed Much Ado, Shrew and the Dream. I loved them all. Finger is improving, but still haven't caught up, alas.
Oh, I forgot the Dream - very funny, especially the Hippie Puck.I wish they'd put them on video.
Yup, raining here, too. The climate has gone utterly mad. I'm living in Mount Gambier (Sth Oz) now, where there used to be no rain at all between December and March then it poured down the rest of the time. Not any more. The last three winters have been terribly dry but odd showers come when you least expect them. And temperatures are up and down like nothing on earth. Winter clothes one day, summer the next.
