Ace and the Snake Update

Having been bitten by a snake on the night of February 7th, Ace is still in hospital. She survived the initial paralysis and the antivenine, and spent yesterday on a drip. She ate a little last night for the first time, but was very listless and refused to try standing

They're tough little dogs, aren't they? Ours has eaten so many bees and spiders, it's a common thing to see him walking around with half his face swollen up. He also slams into walls at full tilt, and eats the chilli paste off the fence that separates him from the neighbour's cat... he also eats the fence... without any more than a shake of the head at the minor annoyance.

I'm sure Ace will spring back to his old snake fighting self in no time.
