You know, Jackass has always had problems with insomnia and at one point I asked a doctor what would help him because if he kept me up one more night or snapped at me because he was tired one more time I felt sure I'd kill him... The doc said that upping your excersize output, cutting down on caffiene and using a mild sedative (Nytol, Unisom, etc just to get your body on a schedule) was the simplest start. I don't know how much excersize you get, but I know you used to drink a lot of coffee and soda. It's possible that not sleeping is affecting your mood and perception and therefore your marriage... Something to think about...
I remember him having sleep problems.... at that point, I had mild ones, but they went away over the years. This started last summer, it's irritating now because I have been dealing with it all year by using a myriad of prescription pain killers and muscle relaxers, as well as my favorite *natrual* remedy. But it just keeps getting worse. Since I have been off of work for over a week I have not pushed myself to pop any pills to force the sleep just to see what would happen if I didn't.
