oh sweetie, that sucks. i know it was suggested before, and i forgot to comment, but ANY amount of caffeine at ANY time of the day could be affecting your sleep. i live caffeine free and at first it isnt' easy, but it helps a bit. just a suggestion, you can ignore it if you like.
