Just spent about 40 minutes trying to get an ant file to build something in cygwin. I was just trying to copy a file to the server deploy directory... and I couldn't give a global path using $HOME or whatever.. it wasn't interpreting the normal shell variables. And I couldn't give a global path starting from root.. like "C:/bla" it would just

Naughty, but everyones done it. You should not use rm -rf unless you really have to. Especially at work.
