hope i'm not bombarding you guys with my artwork, but i finally got pics of a lot of it and got it on the internet. a while back some said they wanted me to post it, so i hope that's still the case. i'll probably write more sometime later, but i guess these pictures are more a summary of my current life than anything. all i've been doing over the ( Read more... )

ok here's my favorite figure painting from this year. there was one other one i wanted to show too, but when i sent the image to myself in the e-mail it got half cut off. so here's this one. i guess it was a 6 hour session, and in the second session we had to do a lot of redrawing into it with charcoal so those are the black lines.

my highschool concentration was "windows" like most metaphorically. i'd explain it but it would take a while, just think about all the metaphors windows can present being the passageway or barrier between the interior and the exterior, and what a window could mean in different states (ex. blinds closed)

thanks :) i'm glad you do. wait what? i didn't even know people could get to my picture village thing just from me posting these paintings. i mean not that i care, but what were you saying about too many people looking? it won't let you in after so many have visited or something? i never figured out all of those picturevillage rules and stuff.

by linking from picture village, you're allowed so much "bandwith" or traffic. everytime someone sees a picture you posted it downloads into their computer's temporary files. after a certain number of downloads, picture village intervenes and says you've reached your limit for the day.
