Did you hear about this shit? If they city of San Jose gets off on THAT excuse I am going to be sure that if ever break the law in San Jose I am going to use the "I didn't know" excuse and cite their government as precedent.

I also think I may write a letter to the city and let them know that if we can't use that excuse, neither can they!
