As a special treat with dinner tonight, John and I had vodka tonics made with Absolut pepper vodka. Am feeling veeeeery, verrrrrrry relaxed at the moment. What I had planned on doing tonight was practicing piano and finishing my novel revisions (just three chapters to go!). The terrible thing I find about being a science-incompetent married to someone with a PhD in physics is that Patrick can convince me that *anything* is true! The problem is, I can't argue logically against any science "fact" he states, no matter how crazy it might sound. Being a fantasy writer also, he is all too happy to use his powers For Evil rather than For Good, and a music major is no use against him...

John never does this to me! But I have a very sensitive bullshit detector, so he knows better.

Patrick's area was theory, wasn't it? So even more math oriented than John's is (John's an expermentalist, tho' he's a math whiz).

I am guessing it's his passion that sparks you--doesn't really matter what he's passionate about, just that he is. I am addicted to Who Wants To Be A Superhero, thanks to Jenn.
