Ella doesn't know! Ella says call your vet! Ella doesn't like the vet, but she doesn't like fleas even more! Ella sends flealess licks to the nice kitties!

Send the cats to the vet for flea dips & grooming (they'll love that, I'm sure), and while they're out of the house, have an exterminator come in and take care of things.

My suggestion was to run around screaming as loud as you can, in the hopes that it would scare the fleas away, but on second thought, yeah, head to the vet.

Really, the vet?

Our vet is only 18 years old, he doesn't know anything about fleas. Fleas!!

Ew, I feel all itchy just thinking about fleas.

My colleague said something about flea bombing our house and turning off the pilot light...

So now I'm really freaked.

If my vet said she didn't know anything about fleas, I'd be getting another vet.

Another option is a flea comb. I know on dogs, fleas are prone (according to the vet and her techs) to collect (and leave debris and eggs) around the tail on the dog's back. They often take a flea comb and check to see if they can try to sell us a flea control product. :grin:
