Oh, good luck. It sounds like a great idea and something that'll really pay off over the long run - and definitely smart of you to take off on Spring Break ASAP! :)

But what's up with the coffee? This is no time for breaking a coffee addiction! (As I can say with authority after our home-renovation nightmare last summer...)

Alas, the coffee. I'm having some tummy troubles (nothing serious, so don't worry!!), so am off caffeine, alchohol, chocolate, painkillers, and every other reason for living that I can think of. (Except the other obvious one, which is going to have to be my only fun for a while.)

I clutch my head in sympathy. For the headache, drink plenty of water. And breathe a lot, deeply. We always talk about eating and drinking well, but how often do we talk about breathing well?
