I'm not usually one for this sort of thing. But I reckon if I can do these few small things, I will make my own life better in a lot of ways.
1. When I get home, if I need to eat, do that before anything else.
2. Spend less time on Facebook/the Internet.
3. Go to bed before 11.30pm.
How hard can it be?

Maybe set an alarm for #3 half an hour before you go to bed or an hour. Sounds drastic, but you'll get used to it. I should do this myself.
