HxH chapter 261!?
Yea, so I was looking for a non irc method to download the HxH manga for a friend specifically the gap that nexgear hasn't done yet. So, Virage can get caught up on the Chimera Ant arc after he finishes the OVA. And what did I find but info on a chapter 261 released by a group called jk! I dropped a copy of the file in the mail for ya Rhoda.
I was pretty sure it was an April Fool's joke. While I know the mangaka, , is on a break due to illness and plans on starting publishing again in April, the whole thing smelled veey fishy. But, I downloaded it anyway and it was a good laugh and well done. They used actual panels form the manga and cut pasted them together very good. though I wonder were the large panel on page 7 came from...
I do have to admit though I'm looking forward to the conclusion of the chimera ant arc. While, I've enjoyed the development of gon's and Killua's characters and the introductions of new hunter characters, I want to know what is going on with Hisoka and Kururo among a whole host of other dangling plot threads. Plus, I don't find the Royal guard or the King all that interesting as villains. The plot as a whole is also rather boring. Palm, and the other side characters, along with Killua finally breaking Illumi's nen control, finding out more about Killua's sister and the peak at the politics on the Hunter organization have been what has kept my interest so far.
Speaking of Killua's sister which brother do people think she wants to get back, Killua or the Zoaldyck(sp?) sibling we haven't met yet. At least, we now have a picture of all the siblings even though they are all much younger.
*sighs* I miss the long discussion we use to have at school when we would disect all this...
In other news, Kingdom Hearts 2 totally rocks!!!
