Finding a job won't be too difficult. As soon as you get a job you will be able to get that lovely thing called insurance.

Also it might be worth looking into being able to buy insurance to cover yourself until then. See how much it costs and if it's worth it or not. That's why my parents have to do, just buy it on their own and it works.

i'm uninsured also, and it sucks. last month, i thought i was just getting a bad cold. i thought i could just tough it out. well a week and a half went by and it didn't get any better. it got so bad that i had to see a doctor. turned out i had really bad bronchitis, which turned into pneumonia, which is way more expensive to treat. i also had to get a chest xray and blood drawn. with the cost of prescriptions and everything else, it ended up costing over $500. being unemployed made this an even bigger blow.

there are definitely insurance companies that give lower rates to people under 25 since they're healthier. also, on top of that, you can talk to the doctor about a reduced rate since you don't have insurance. i talked to my doctor about it, and she took off $100, which helped.

Hi. I am seeing to my Dr tomorrow. I have an ultra sound in the am, and meeting with him after. I will let you know what I find out. Hair loss is not fun! So, I will do whatever it takes! I do think i have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, but should find out more tomorrow! I hope!
