I haven't been following the IRC, sadly. Tell me more about Ian? He sounds very sweet.

He is. I don't want to praise him too much (hi Ian) or he'll get too much of an ego, but he's extremely sweet. He works in IT here, and is attempting to educate me in the ways of geekdom through movies (though I didn't really pay attention to the second one, shhhhh.)

I haven't seen you around much, how's life?

Sounds like a good start for a relationship to me! and he's in fandom, apparently, you don't even have to educate him. Good points those.

Life is my bed, these days. And the kitchen. And Tom. This is the exciting way I spend my week off work: snuggle up with the boyfriend and eat the delicious food he made. :D

He's not really into Sherlock Holmes (though he does watch Sherlock, the Moffat fanboy) but he's willing to deal with my eccentricities, as long as I promise to watch...some movie with him.
